Welcome to the San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association’s 25th Investment Forum!

This year, as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of SBCERA’s Investment Forum, I find myself reflecting on just how much has changed over the past quarter century—in the markets, in our organization, and in the world around us.

Through it all, this event has continued to support the bottom line of why we’re here—to provide retirement security to our members and their beneficiaries now and well into the future.

For 25 years, this Forum has offered insight into global market trends, how those trends affect SBCERA’s investment portfolio, and an opportunity to refocus on our investment strategy, which propels our commitment to those we serve.

This milestone is especially meaningful to me as I prepare to retire and attend my final Investment Forum. I’m proud of how this event has evolved over the years, and even more proud that its purpose has remained constant: keeping the people we serve at the center of our work.

Our Investment Team has worked hard to develop an engaging roster of speakers that we hope will spur in-depth discussions while providing an insightful market update and review of SBCERA’s priorities.
