We’re excited to share some important updates that have been made to mySBCERA, your online member portal that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, using your computer, phone, or tablet. 

What’s New?

Enhanced Security | Two-Step Verification
For your security, you will be prompted to set up two-step verification before you can access your mySBCERA account. In addition to setting up challenge questions, you will need to set up one additional verification option from the following choices: (1) Email Notification, (2) Text Message, or (3) Authenticator App. You are not required to set up more than one of these options.

Self-Service Options for Retirees and Beneficiaries 
Retirees and other payees will now be able to change their address and phone number in mySBCERA. (Active members will still need to make those changes through their employer.)

Sign up today at SBCERA.org/mySBCERA and discover the many resources available. You can also access mySBCERA by visiting our website and selecting the “ACCESS mySBCERA” button at the top of the homepage.
