Soon, you will be receiving an invitation by email to participate in our upcoming member engagement survey.  We wanted to share a little about the survey and why your participation matters.

This survey is a follow-up to our 2024 member engagement survey and plays an important role in shaping our customer service efforts.  Simply put, our goal is to provide the best possible service to our more than 52,000 active and retired members.  Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. 

To ensure the survey results are objective and meaningful, we’ve once again partnered with Probolsky Research, an independent firm with extensive experience in opinion research. They will analyze the responses and help us turn your feedback into actionable improvements.
