Office Updates
Our office currently has limited availability for visitors. Members can drop off forms and paperwork in person—see below for more details.
While our office is not fully open to the public, we have staff working and available to serve you during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm).
For questions about planning your retirement or understanding your benefits, you can call us at (909) 885-7980, or send us an email at memberservices@sbcera.org.
Forms & Paperwork Drop-Off
We are accepting paperwork in-person at our office during normal business hours. Temperature scanning and masks are required while in the building. Physical barriers are in place at reception desks. Masks are required while inside of the building, regardless of vaccination status and extra masks are available onsite for those who need one.
Need a Copy of a recent paystub?
Retirees and Beneficiaries—we are not mailing paystubs (also called a pay advice) for your benefit payments, but you can get a copy on mySBCERA. Instructions on how to create a mySBCERA account and access your paystub can be viewed on the How to Access Your Paystubs Instructions.
Forms Are Being Accepted Via Email and Fax
Members can view and download forms from our website or mySBCERA. You can find most of our forms by visiting our Forms page.
Retirement Counseling Sessions
One-on-one retirement consultations are available via phone and Zoom upon request. We have suspended in-person counseling sessions.
Attend a Webinar
All in-person Mid-Career and Pre-Retirement seminars have been converted to webinars until further notice. Visit www.sbcera.org/webinars to view upcoming events.
