Colin Bishop
Chief of Member Services
Colin Bishop is the Chief of Member Services for the San Bernardino County Employees’ Retirement Association (SBCERA). He is responsible for all of SBCERA’s member and retiree services, as well as communications with the more than 48,000 members of SBCERA.
Prior to joining SBCERA in May 2019, Mr. Bishop served as Member Services Manager for the Contra Costa County Employees’ Retirement Association (CCCERA), where he was responsible for enrollments, member records, reciprocity, and the processing of employee and employer contributions. Prior to CCCERA, he worked in communications for the San Mateo County Employees’ Retirement Association (SamCERA) for more than six years.
Mr. Bishop has a Bachelor’s Degree from U.C. Berkeley, and a Master’s Degree from Indiana University.
