Reporting Services (ERS)
The San Bernardino County Employees' Retirement Association (SBCERA) provides its members and their beneficiaries with retirement and related benefits and services which they have earned, commensurate with their years of service and compensation. A nine-member Board of Retirement provides management of SBCERA. The Board is comprised of the following:

San Bernardino County Treasurer (ex officio member);

four members appointed by the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors;

two members elected by "General" members;

one member elected by "Safety" members (along with an Alternate); and,

one member elected by "Retired" members.
The Board of Retirement's responsibilities and functions are governed by the applicable provisions of the California Government Code, along with the bylaws and regulations of SBCERA.
